DOBA Showcase is a space where academic knowledge meets business practice — and where master’s theses become a starting point for concrete change.
At a time when organisations are looking for ways to increase employee innovation and resilience, the topic opens an important perspective on the psychological resources that influence work performance, engagement and wellbeing. The focus is on how self-confidence, hope, optimism and resilience can become a strategic advantage for modern organisations.
The example of Slovenian volunteer firefighting shows how digital tools can meaningfully complement traditional forms of training in contexts where practical knowledge and readiness for fieldwork are crucial. The topic offers a useful perspective on the digital transformation of education in organisations operating in demanding and highly responsible environments.
Artificial intelligence is increasingly shaping digital purchasing journeys, user experience and consumers’ relationships with brands. The topic highlights the opportunities and limitations of using artificial intelligence in online marketing, and why trust remains one of the key factors in modern consumer decision-making.
In a world where financial decisions increasingly rely on data, the topic raises the question of the usefulness of advanced artificial intelligence models in forecasting short-term market movements. The focus is on the practical value of neural networks as support for analytics, decision-making and understanding complex financial patterns.
The topic offers insight into how digital and smart solutions can contribute to the development of the Slovenian countryside, a higher quality of life and better connected local communities. The focus is on the concept of smart villages, where technology is not an end in itself, but a tool for strengthening belonging, cooperation and more successful digital transformation of rural environments.
