Assoc. Prof. Dr Gorazd Justinek, Dean of DOBA University of Applied Sciences, will take part in the Pre:plet Festival, which will be held in Ljubljana on 22 September 2026.
As part of the Digitalisation and AI Arena, he will present the topic “AI Maturity: Between Ambition and Reality”. He will present the findings of the DOBA AI Maturity Index 2026 (DAIMI), which explores the extent to which companies understand artificial intelligence, how they manage AI systems and how they align the technology with their strategic objectives.
Through thematic arenas and workshops, the Pre:plet Festival addresses topics such as people management, communication, relationships, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, sales mindset and team resilience. The Digitalisation and AI Arena is intended for everyone who wants to better understand how new technologies will transform work, decision-making and organisational leadership in the years ahead.
The Dean’s participation in the event reflects DOBA University of Applied Sciences’ commitment to researching current development issues and connecting academic knowledge with practice, business and the wider economic environment.
