DOBA University of Applied Sciences will once again be a partner of the official celebration of the Statehood Day of the Republic of Slovenia, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Zagreb in cooperation with the SLO CRO Chamber of Commerce and its members.
This year’s celebration will take place on Thursday, 11 June 2026, at the Technical Museum in Zagreb. The reception traditionally brings together more than 300 representatives of the diplomatic corps, Slovenian and Croatian institutions, companies, and the Slovenian community in Croatia.
The event represents an important opportunity to strengthen ties between Slovenia and Croatia, encourage economic and institutional cooperation, and connect organizations that jointly create a space for knowledge, development, and international collaboration.
At DOBA UAS, we are proud to contribute as partners to an event that connects people, institutions, and companies, and opens space for new forms of cooperation between the two countries. Croatia is an important area of activity for DOBA UAS, as for many years we have successfully connected the Slovenian and Croatian educational environments and enabled high-quality online study also for students from Croatia.
Through our partnership in this event, we continue our focus on international networking, strengthening cooperation with businesses and institutions, and promoting knowledge as a key foundation for the development of individuals, organizations, and society.
This year, 977 students from Croatia are enrolled in study programmes at DOBA UAS.
