Final Event of the baSE Project: Strengthening Competences for the Social Economy

The baSE projectBlueprint for Social Economy and Proximity Skills & Advanced Trainings Schemes Adaptable to Diverse Social Economy Ecosystem in Europe, in which DOBA University of Applied Sciences participates as a partner, is coming to an end. The project, which began in 2022, aims to address skills gaps and anticipate the future competences needed in the social economy and proximity sectors across Europe.

The final event “Strengthening Skills for the Social Economy: from Blueprint to Action” will take place on 9 July 2026 between 9:00 and 15:00 as a hybrid EU conference, streamed from Brussels – it will be possible to follow it online.

The event will present the key project results and practical workshops dedicated to discussing how the project outcomes can be sustained, upgraded and transferred into practice after the project ends.

The event is intended for young people and students, vocational education and training providers, trainers, universities and higher education institutions, representatives of the social economy, industry, decision-makers, as well as project partners and stakeholders.
