The SELF-ID project is a European initiative exploring how the digital environment affects the identity, self-image and self-confidence of young people aged 10 to 14. Co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, it aims to help young people develop a healthy digital identity.
The second project newsletter, in Slovenian language, focuses on the results of research into adolescents’ digital habits and experiences. It also presents key findings from research conducted among students at Janko Padežnik Primary School, highlighting the impact of social media, peer pressure and online influencers, the challenges of recognising AI-generated content, and the importance of emotional resilience and self-acceptance. The results provide an important basis for the further development of educational tools within the project.
