The website for the Erasmus+ SELF-ID – My Digital Self: Shaping Identity in the Digital Age project is now live at my-self-id.eu. The project explores how the digital environment affects young people's identity, self-image and well-being, providing pupils, teachers and schools with support in addressing the challenges of growing up in the online world.
The website presents the objectives and activities of the project, which combines research, education, resource development and innovative, gamified approaches to learning. Visitors can learn about all the project partners from Slovenia, Italy, Austria and Croatia, including DOBA University of Applied Sciences, and follow news about project meetings and activities. Project e-newsletters are also available.
At the heart of the website is a resource repository designed for teachers and everyone working with young people. It contains lesson plans, workshops, quizzes, interactive games and videos covering topics such as online identity, self-image and social media, the influence of influencers, how algorithms work, online reputation and cyberbullying. The resources are available in English, Slovenian, Croatian, Italian and German.
You can also follow the latest project updates on Instagram, where the project can be found at @selfid_project.
