Already during his studies, Enej was driven by a desire to develop a broader understanding of business. He was interested not only in how something is done, but why it works – how to build a system, structure processes and turn an idea into a tangible result.
He assessed every piece of knowledge through the lens of practice. How can this be applied? How can it be improved? How can it create added value? This approach ensured that his studies were not merely an academic experience, but the foundation of his entrepreneurial journey.
His studies gave structure to his thinking. He learnt to set clear goals, think strategically, analyse risks and, above all, see things through to completion. As he points out, flexibility helps us adapt, but without discipline there are no results.
Today, he is the Director of FaciliTribe and a partner at Skillifai, where he focuses extensively on introducing artificial intelligence into business environments. He is particularly interested in generative artificial intelligence and its impact on organisations, processes and ways of thinking.
In his work, he emphasises that artificial intelligence does not guarantee success on its own. Clear objectives, an understanding of context and thoughtful application are essential. Technology is a tool – but the result is always created by the person who knows how to use it effectively.
He helps companies understand how to integrate artificial intelligence into their day-to-day work, optimise processes and improve efficiency without losing strategic control. His approach is not driven by trends, but by long-term value.
He says that the most important quality he has strengthened over the years is the ability to follow a decision through to completion. Once he decides to do something, he does it.
His greatest personal insight? Knowledge is an accelerator. But without a clear direction and discipline, it means nothing.
Today, he sees his journey as a combination of entrepreneurial boldness, structured thinking and the courage to explore new fields – including those that are only just beginning to emerge. His message to the younger generations is:
Flexibility helps you adapt. Discipline helps you achieve.
Enej completed the bachelor programme in Management and the master in International Business.
