At DOBA University of Applied Sciences, we once again conducted a survey of our graduates’ employers this year. The survey is an important part of monitoring the quality of our programmes and how well they meet the needs of the workplace.
A total of 40 companies took part in the survey, and the results show that employers rate our graduates’ competences very highly. Average scores across all assessed competences ranged from 5.7 to 6.2 on a seven-point scale. Cooperation and teamwork received the highest rating, while employers also highlighted effective work organisation and leadership, critical thinking and effective problem-solving as key competences.
Another encouraging finding is that 81% of the participating employers believe that, after completing their studies, graduates progress in their careers, receive a higher salary or another form of reward. The reputation of DOBA University of Applied Sciences was rated positively by 97% of the participating employers.
The results show that graduates of DOBA UAS are well equipped to meet the demands of today’s workplace, while the institution continues to strengthen its reputation as a modern, high-quality and trusted provider of higher education.
