Ana Arzenšek is a psychologist and Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Primorska. She serves as Chair of the Department of Political Science, Sociology, Communication, Ethics, and Cultural Studies in Management at the Faculty of Management. Her teaching focuses on Work and Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Personal Development.
She has been a visiting lecturer and researcher at the University of Klagenfurt (Austria), Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences (Finland), and Yaşar University in İzmir (Türkiye).
Her research explores mental health in the workplace, the future of work, leadership, and organisational development. Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous national and international research and development projects. She is also a founding member of STEP, the Institute for Work Psychology and Entrepreneurship, where she has served as a project manager and trainer in European Commission-funded initiatives.
Ana is an active contributor to the academic and professional community, regularly presenting her work at international conferences and publishing research in the fields of psychology, leadership, and human resource management.
