Tajana Toš

Tajana Toš, PhD, is a Programme Manager and Lecturer at DOBA University of Applied Sciences, Slovenia, where she teaches Macroeconomics and contributes to the development of innovative higher education programmes. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Zagreb, and her academic interests include macroeconomics, economic development, organizational transformation, digitalization, and the impact of emerging technologies on institutions and society.

Drawing on experience from business, public institutions, and higher education, Dr. Toš brings a multidisciplinary perspective to questions of organizational development, leadership, and digital transformation. Her career has included management positions in the private sector, advisory work in public administration, and academic roles in teaching, research, programme development, and quality assurance. She also served as Senior Expert Advisor to the State Electoral Commission of the Republic of Croatia, contributing to the oversight of political activities and electoral campaign financing.

Alongside her academic and professional work, Dr. Toš has participated in programme accreditation and development processes, contributed to research and international projects, and published scientific and professional papers in the fields of economics, globalization, and capital flows. Her combination of practical management experience, public sector expertise, and academic engagement provides a valuable foundation for discussions on artificial intelligence, human resource management, organizational resilience, and the future of work.
