Marko Divjak is employed full-time at DOBA University of Applied Sciences (DOBA UAS) in Maribor as a higher education teacher and researcher. He currently holds the academic title of Assistant Professor in the field of Psychology. His responsibilities include teaching and mentoring students, conducting scientific and applied research, and contributing to international, national, and institutional projects. His research interests focus primarily on positive psychology and organizational psychology. His expertise in leadership is reflected in both his academic and professional activities. He teaches the course Psychology of Leadership, contributes to the design and delivery of leadership development programmes for managers at DOBA UAS through micro-credentials and the Leadership Academy. He has authored and co-authored several scientific publications in the areas of leadership, organizational psychology, and workplace performance.
