Davide Giusino, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Foggia, Italy. He earned his PhD in Psychology from the University of Bologna, conducting research on digital and multilevel interventions for promoting mental health in workplaces. His research focuses on occupational health psychology, workplace mental health, organizational interventions, and psychosocial working conditions. He has participated in international and multidisciplinary research projects and has authored or co-authored more than 25 scientific publications. He is also involved in teaching, academic supervision, and editorial activities.
